Super simple Fall Leaves Table Runner and Coasters made with flannel and decorative stitching. Perfect for Thanksgiving.
I’m partnering up with Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores to make a Thanksgiving project with a #turkeytablescapes theme. A simple yet pretty table runner – so good on a crisp white tablecloth with a couple of floral picks.
To make your own, use Circles Squared, a free PDF tutorial. It’s a 9-page document with photos and simple instructions. Don’t miss the last page, where you’ll learn how to make these super-easy coasters: a great way to explore decorative stitching.
I played around with many of the decorative stitches on my Singer Patchwork sewing machine, and I must say…. I want nothing more – than stitch 84!
And wow, a HUGE digital fist bump to Jo-Ann, for their massive selection of flannels. Choosing which colors I wanted was the hardest part of this project.
Here’s a coupon that the fine Jo-Ann folks gave me to share with you. Have fun with your own #turkeytablescapes crafting!
