Enjoy some of my favorite shots of Southern Idaho, Fall 2013. All taken with my iPhone 5S, with an Instagram twist. Find me on Instagram at @angelabdesign.
Fall began with the Boise Buddy Walk, a beloved occasion for my entire family. It’s the annual awareness and fundraising event for the Treasure Valley Down Syndrome Association, who is passionate about promoting understanding and supportive environments. We want everyone to know that people with Down syndrome have wonderful talents and attributes just like everyone else!
This is my bud, Justin. We call him Bergie. He’s my cousin and the biggest Bon Jovi and Boise State fan EVAR.
This picturesque place is in Star Idaho. The boy on the far left is mine 🙂
The scene of a barn dance in Star, Idaho. My 14-yr old boy was not a fan of the dance. Nope, not at all. Oh well, I tried.
My girl sure liked feeding the ducks at Ann Morrison Park in Boise. Sometimes it’s the simple things kids like best.
A blurry shot, but it’s a kestrel in my backyard!
I’m pretty sure this clematis plant had a lone late-bloomer last year, too. So funny. I wonder why this happens.
Confession: this is my neighbors red tree. I couldn’t help but lean over the fence to grab a shot of these red/orange/purple leaves.
My boy was in his first play at the Boise Contemporary Theater. This is a true talent of his, and it was so great to see him in action. He enjoyed his fight scene 🙂 He’s the one in black. Gotta love a $7 wool coat from the thrift store. Washed it in hot water and it shrank nicely to fit him from an adult size XL.
Taps galore for my man’s birthday. This is at the Yard House at The Village At Meridian. We’ll be back.
My Dad’s first attempt cooking a turkey on the grill. I’d say he nailed it. This is his backyard in Twin Falls.
